About Pierluigi Tosato

Pierluigi Tosato has been Chief Executive Officer of Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group since 2024. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Padua and an MBA from SDA Bocconi, complemented by executive education at Harvard. He brings over thirty years of CEO experience across international industrial and consumer goods businesses.

He has led companies including Acqua Minerale San Benedetto, Bolton Food, Deoleo and Continental Bakeries, overseeing business transformation, international growth, acquisitions and integration. His leadership approach combines an entrepreneurial mindset with the Kaizen philosophy of continuous improvement, focusing on people, accountability and long-term value creation. At MZBG, he is strengthening the Group and driving the global development of its brands, led by Segafredo.
