Poland celebrates 20 years of Segafredo

Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group is proud to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Segafredo Zanetti Poland. Since 2002, Segafredo coffee has accompanied Poles in their most valuable daily moments.

Segafredo Zanetti Poland was established in 2002: from a local roastery acquired by Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group under the brand of Café Mag, the company soon became totally integrated with the Group in terms of quality and international spirit. The first challenge back in 2002 was to start promoting the espresso culture in a market dominated, at the time, by “Turkish style coffee” and instant coffee.

Segafredo Zanetti Poland operates in both Mass Market and Food Service channels and is ranked 6th manufacturer within the branded bean coffee segment by AcNielsen. Furthermore it continues to be a strong brand within HoReCa coffee players. On top of the traditional distribution, Segafredo Poland nourishes the growth of its own digital channels, while at the same time, enters additional recognizable marketplaces.

Segafredo Poland operates showrooms in Gdansk, Warsaw, Bochnia as well as its own Barista School. The production plant in Bochnia delivers almost 400 million cups a year to the Polish and European markets.

For 20 years, Segafredo Zanetti Poland experts have been educating the market, not being just a manufacturer or a seller, but an advisor with unique know-how. This approach has been a success.

Happy anniversary, Segafredo Zanetti Poland!
