Puccino’s is the brand name of one of the biggest coffee house franchise networks in the United Kingdom, characterised by a commercial proposal with three different formats:
 
- Espresso Bar, coffee houses at railway stations, almost entirely for the take-away market and characterised by very fast service;
 
- Deli Bar, on the main road networks, offering an eat-in and take-away service;
 
- Café Bar, restaurants and coffee houses with table service, situated in areas with a high footfall.
