After adopting a modern industrial approach, it is now without doubt Corsica's main coffee roasting plant.
 
It markets its own typical Corsican products in bars and in the large-scale distribution channel, catering for the tastes of local consumers.
 
It also distributes Segafredo Zanetti products and the full range of La San Marco equipment throughout Corsica.
