This company is located in Sarchì, near San José, in the centre of the Western Central Valley, a region that is well known for the high quality of its produce.
 
The Beneficio La Eva purchases its coffee cherries from a large number of mainly small and medium growers, based in the nearby area and in the Tarrazu region.
 
All the coffees are prepared very carefully in the plant, where they undergo the initial processing. They are fermented, washed and dried, and are then exported to another company in the group, Santa Laura Exportadora de Café.
