Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group (MZB) has chosen Oracle ERP Cloud to support its strategies and growth objectives for the future.
In 2017, the Group launched MZBG 21.0 a project to support the company’s growth plans. A central pillar to this was the selection of a new ERP Cloud platform that will future-proof the business strategies.
The MZB Group was not just in search of a technological solution: the objective was to install an ERP Cloud solution capable of enabling a broad program of cultural change and process review.
Along this path, the Group identified Oracle as their ideal partner. The solution it will adopt is Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, which covers every need in the areas of finance, planning, procurement, manufacturing, maintenance, quality, supply chain management, S&OP, sales and distribution.
"Over the years, the MZB Group has developed along a continually evolving path of acquisitions. Each individual company has installed information systems that are strictly appropriate to their own local context. Today, simplifying the application landscape by adopting a single ERP system will bring enormous advantages and promote the Group's evolution by creating a common language to support faster decision making; as well, the adoption of cutting-edge technologies will stimulate innovation in all areas. The Oracle solution will bring a series of advantages that will simplify management, reduce costs and keep us always up-to-date with the latest version of the technology. Innovation is inherent in a system of this type," commented Massimo Zuffi, Management Control and IT Director, MZB Group.
Gianfranco CAIMI, ERP Leader, Oracle Italy said: "We became passionate about the project immediately, and not only because of its scope and importance: we were swept up by the enthusiasm and the desire for innovation shown at all levels of the MZB Group. We've created a perfect accord and a common vision of the road to be taken, fully sharing and understanding all the benefits that only a totally Cloud solution like ours can guarantee, today and tomorrow. The first step was taken with the signing of the agreement, but all our best resources are already working to ensure the success of the project, in a very short time frame that is only doable with the Cloud."
