Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group is delighted to announce that Brodie Melrose Drysdale have received an award for ‘Outstanding Customer Service’.
 
The award was presented by Beacon Purchasing Consortium, the largest purchasing consortium in the UK hospitality sector.
 
The award was presented at the 2009 Best Western Members Conference and was the culmination of a highly competitive process attracting hundreds of votes for over thirty Beacon suppliers from customers eager to recognise the companies they felt distinguished themselves in the key areas of Outstanding Customer Service, Most Reliable Supplier, and Exceptional Staff Member.
 
Commenting on the award Brian McGregor, Sales Director at Brodies said: “We were competing with some distinguished blue chip companies for the Beacon Award for ‘Outstanding Customer Service’ and the fact that our customers voted us top of their list is a credit to everyone who works for us. It is a great encouragement to have all our efforts acknowledged by our customers”
